RENAMING ANNOUNCEMENT

Due to business development and equity restructuring, QINGDAO BRIGHT MOON BLUE OCEAN BIO-TECH CO., LTD. has been renamed to QINGDAO BLUE ENERGY PLANT NUTRITION CO., LTD. The new name will be in operation on November 1, 2021.

Besides renaming, the company bank account numbers, tax registration numbers, organization codes will be also changed. The other relevant business information will remain the same. All new information will be offered separately if needed.
